STEP 2: CREATE AN EVENT FLYER

Select the design you like the best to create your event flyer.

Step 1 :            Login to the GoGetterz Team Canva account. Go

                         to Canva.com and enter the following information:

Username :    Teamtrack@thegogetterzuniversity.com

It will ask for a code, the code will be emailed to the teamtrack@thegogetterzuniversity.com. Login to that email account to access the code and enter it to login.

Step 2 :   On the left hand side, click Projects. Scroll down to Folders. Click the

                Grand Opening Invitation Designs (Team Edits) folder. Find the design

                you want to use. Hover over the picture, in the top right hand corner click

                the 3 dots. Click Make a Copy. Your design will appear towards the left.

                Change the title to the New Agent Name Grand Opening. 

                (The title is located under the picture in bold letters)

Step 3 :    Click on the picture. This will take you to the design page. In the left

                 hand column, click uploads. Click uploads files and upload the picture of

                 the new agent. Once the picture uploads, click on the picture and drag it

                 to replace the current picture in the design. 

Step 4 :   To download the flyer, click share in the top right hand corner. Scroll down

                and click on the download button. Under File Type, click JPG. Click

                download. Locate the picture on your computer and place it on your

                desktop (it may go to your download folder).

STEP 3: CREATE AN EVENT

Follow Instructions Below:

Step 1 :            Login to the GoGetterz Team Eventbrite account. Go

                         to Eventbrite.com and click log in located in the top right hand corner.

Username :    Teamtrack@thegogetterzuniversity.com

Login :            TheGoGetterzUniversity

Step 2 :      In the top right hand corner, hover over the profile icon, and click

                   Mange Events.

Step 3 :      On the left hand side, select the calendar icon / events tab (second icon) 

Step 4 :    Find the event titled THIS IS A SAMPLE ONLY, scroll over to the right,

                 click the 3 dots, and click copy event.

Step 5 :    Change the Event Title to New Recruit's Name Grand Opening and

                 change the event date and time (this should match the date and time

                 you reserved in Step 1). 

Step 6 : Click copy event

Step 7 : On the left hand side, click details. Upload the event banner you made in

              Step 2. 

Step 8 : Under the About This Event section, change the name of the New Recruit

Step 9 : Click Add Tickets. Hover over the 3 dots to the right, click edit. Change the

              dates to when you would like the start and end of event registration.

              Click save.

Step 10 : On the left hand side of the screen, click publish. Under who can see this

                event, make sure private event is selected. Under will this event be public,

                select - no, keep it private. Then click publish to the right hand side in the

                orange box.

Step 11 :  On the left hand side of the screen, scroll down, under order options click

                 order confirmation. Scroll down to customize email. Enter in Agent's

                 Name and the zoom link that will be used to host the Grand Opening.

                 Scroll down and click save settings.

THAT'S IT! 

To view your event, scroll up to the top of the page and click view your event. You can copy that url link and send it to family and friends. If the link is too long, you can shorten by using Free URL Shortener .

Send a Text

Hey [Family Member/Friend's Name]! I hope you're doing well. I wanted to invite you to something really exciting – my virtual grand opening for my new financial business! It's happening [Date] at [Time], and it's going to be a great opportunity for me to share what I've been working on.

 

The grand opening will last for about an hour and a half, and I'd love for you to join me. You can even bring a plus one if you'd like! It'll be a chance for you to see what I've been up to and learn more about how we can help people achieve their financial goals.

 

I'd really appreciate it if you could make it. Click the link below to RSVP and register for the event. It's going to be a fantastic event, and I'd love to have you there to support me. Let me know if you have any questions, and I hope to see you there!

Send an Email

Step 1 : Login to the GoGetterz Team Eventbrite account. Go to Eventbrite.com and click log in located in the top right hand corner.

Username :  teamtrack@thegogetterzuniversity.com

Login :  TheGoGetterzUniversity

Step 2 : In the top right hand corner, hover over the profile icon, and click Mange Events.

Step 3 : On the left hand side, select the marketing icon (fourth icon) 

Step 4 : Find your event and click Send an Invite Announcement.

Step 5 : Make sure all details are correct (name of event, date, and time). Click continue. 

Step 6 : Scroll down and click Create a New List. Title your list. It should be New Recruit Name's Guest List. Click continue. 

Step 7 : You can upload a CSV list or add each guest manually. If your adding each guest manually, scroll down to the third option, and click add subscriber. You can add one at a time or add multiple subscribers at one time. When you've finished adding all guests, click done. 

Step 8 : You can send right away by clicking send or you can schedule the date and time you'd like the invite to go out and click schedule.

THAT'S IT! 

Please allow about 5 to 10 minutes for invites to send.
